Looking to join one of the top youth volleyball programs in the region? Raptors Volleyball Club invites athletes ages 13U–18U to our 2026 season tryouts this November 2025. This is your chance to develop your skills, compete at a high level, and be part of a team that values teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

📅 Key Events & Commitments

As a member of Raptors Volleyball Club, athletes are expected to fully commit to the club season and participate in the following major events:

• Volleyball BC Events (13U–14U)

• Fraser Valley Regional Championships (13U–14U)

• Super Series Tournaments (15U–18U)

• Provincial Championships

• National Championships (if qualified)

Importantly: Full commitment is essential to team success. If you anticipate schedule conflicts that could impact your attendance at these events, we ask you to carefully consider whether club volleyball is the right fit this season.
Note: Travel costs for out-of-town tournaments such as provincials or nationals (when applicable) are not included in the base club fees and will be an additional cost.

📊 Age Group Guidelines

We place athletes in their designated age category for fair competition:

Example: An athlete born in 2012 will play in the 14U age group for the 2026 season.
This system aligns players with peers of the same age and school grade.

🚀 Can I Play Up?

Raptors Volleyball Club will consider an athlete to play up an age group under specific circumstances:

• Outstanding volleyball skills at their current age level

• Emotional and social readiness to integrate with older athletes

• Physical ability to compete at the higher level

• The athlete is in the same school grade as the older age group

• Previous experience playing sports with older athletes

• A roster spot needs to be filled and no suitable player is available at the older level

📧 Interested in playing up?
Contact a Raptors coach or club official at least one week before tryouts to request consideration. All requests will be reviewed by our coaching team and club leadership. Players will be informed prior to tryouts if their request is approved.

If the player is not selected to play up after the first tryout, they will be asked to attend their appropriate age group’s tryout on the following day.

❌ Withdrawal Policy

Once a player commits to Raptors Volleyball Club and club fees have been paid, we assume full participation for the season. The club makes non-refundable financial commitments for registration, facilities, uniforms, travel, and tournament entries.
